I have been taking Laminaria Plus since June 1st. I noticed that I lost three pounds the first week, and then just the other day I weighed myself in the morning (like I’ve been doing) and the three pounds are back and don’t seem to be going anywhere. I don’t understand why this would happen. I have not changed the way I’ve been eating or anything. It just happened overnight – I don’t understand Does anyone have any advice? Please help!

Well hi everyone,

I have been on the pills now for three weeks, and am happy to say that I am starting to feel a difference. I was at work the other day and every time I stood up my skirt seemed to sit lower than what it usually did, so when I got home I weighed myself and it seems that I have lost 3 pounds. YAY

I know it is probably too early to be celebrating but when I started these pills I thought that I was going to be one of those people who didn’t see any results. It is such a thrill to know that it is working.

Hello everyone,

I found this site and read all the pages and I couldn’t help my self I had to order Laminaria, I received my order after three days of replacing the order I was happy.

This is my second day on Laminaria. and this is my fisrt time to try diet pills. I have high expectation and my husband doesnt believe I’ll lose anything.

My weight problem started a year ago I quit smoking and the food was my fix to kick the bad habit, not relaizing I was gaining weight my weight jumped eight pounds, so i decided i need to lose the pounds. So I tried south beach diet in three days I lost five pounds.

But after the third day I couldnt stand my craving for sugar and carbs I went crazy and eat maybe everything came my way so I regained 10 pounds.

I’m afraid if I cant lose the 20 pounds now… it is going to be harder for me in the future to lose 30 … or 50 …

I work five days a week for minimum of hour and a half to two hours BUT I’m JUST NOT LOSING ANY WEIGHT.

I really want to have my old body and most importantly i’m sick of always thinking about diet and weight..

anyway i’m sorry for writing a long post.

I will keep you guys informed about my situation every week..

so first pill I took was Feb 6th my weight was 142 ….
a week from now hopefully I will be lighter……

This is my story that I have just posted on best diet pills

Two and a half months ago my sister and I decided we would both aim to lose 30 pounds each as we both weigh about the same and have a similar build. We checked about for diet pills and decided (because we didn’t want anything with chemicals) to go for the Laminaria Extract from Natures Way and the PhytoLyne. The Natures Way order arrived weeks before the PhytoLyne. When the PhytoLyne finally arrived we tossed a coin to see who would get which pills, I got the PhytoLyne and my sister got the Natures Way Laminaria Extract. Well 1 month later she’s lost 24 pounds and I’ve gained 3 pounds. This is just my luck, she always gets the better deal. Now I’ve got to fork out again and by the Laminaria Extracts pills. But at least I know they work. So guys my advise is simple, do not waste your money on these PhytoLyne they are rubbish. I’ll keep you all updated with my progress. Bye all … jai
